Asset Security
The items under the Asset Security menu allows administrators to define the asset access level for each user group, manage individual access to specific assets, add or remove assets from a user's working set, and view permissions for user groups or individual users.
User Group Security
Once user groups have been established, the user can begin to set up the user group security. Utilizing user group security enables the administrator to establish and maintain the security system with minimal effort and upkeep. User group security simplifies the security system by managing asset access based on groups rather than based on the individual user.
